1. Which data is processed and where do we get the data from?
We store and process the following personal data: your company name, your company addresses, company e-mail address, company website, company telephone and fax number, tax number, EORI number, register numbers, your contact person`s name, address, individual company e-mail address, telephone numbers, skype names, nationality and birthdate.
We may also store the following: order data, data relating to the fulfilment of our contractual obligations, advertising and sales data, register data, data for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Why and on what legal basis we process your personal data:
We process your personal data in accordance with data protection regulations:

3. Who can access your data?
Within our organization your data is received by those contractors, officers or employees that require your data to fulfil contractual, statutory and regulatory obligations and to safeguard legitimate interests. Furthermore, data processing companies acting on our behalf (especially IT and back-office service providers, and service line providers) receive your data if they require it to provide their respective services. Accordingly, all the data processing companies are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and to process it only in the context of service provision.
Our parent company and its affiliates, may be granted access to your personal data if there is a contractual, statutory or regulatory obligation to do so or to safeguard legitimate interests.
